From May 12 to 14, 2023, the G7 Sendai Science and Technology Ministers' Meeting was held in Akiu district. As part of the initiative, BOSAI-TECH was introduced to participants from various countries.
The event served as a significant opportunity to enhance the presence of Sendai and Tohoku within the international community, receiving recognition for efforts aimed at solving global challenges through science and technology.
